We are equally committed to ensuring ethical and safe working conditions in our suppliers' factories.

Improving the working conditions and the well-being of the people who make our clothes is essential. As this can’t be achieved alone, we committed ourselves to the principles of amfori BSCI.

The BSCI Code of Conduct is based on the core conventions and standards set out, for example, in the UN Declaration of Human Rights, the ILO, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

The 'Code of Conduct' stands for:

Freedom of association
Prohibition of child labour
Fair statutory wage
Non-discrimination
Fixed working hours, with a maximum of 48 hours per week
Safe working conditions

INTEGRITY WORLDWIDE – OUR WHISTLEBLOWING SYSTEM

Integrity is an important part of how we act at Tom Tailor. That is why we promote a culture where speaking up is better than looking away – openly, respectfully, and responsibly.

Our global whistleblowing system is available to employees, partners, and other stakeholders to report concerns or potential violations safely and confidentially – wherever we operate.

Reports can help identify risks at an early stage, uncover potential misconduct, and learn from experience. The insights gained feed into our compliance work and the further development of our processes – from clearer responsibilities and targeted training through to adapted controls.

What it covers: Our system is open to topics that relate to fair and legally sound conduct. These include, for example, corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, and competition violations, as well as data protection and information security, human rights, labour and social standards in the supply chain, and respectful conduct in the workplace.

How we handle it: Reports are treated confidentially and reviewed carefully, independently, and without predetermined outcomes – with respect for all parties involved. Individuals who report or provide support in good faith are protected from disadvantage. We process reports in accordance with applicable data protection law, act proportionately, and take appropriate measures where violations are confirmed. The compliance function manages the process, with management providing oversight – with clear responsibilities and high quality standards.
