What kinds of accessories for kids are there?

At Tom Tailor, kids' accessories mainly come as scarves, beanies and hats that keep out the cold on chilly days. Most are plain styles in a ribbed knit:

• Scarf: shields the neck from the wind and is easy to wrap loosely.
• Beanie: a soft knitted hat that fits snugly and keeps ears warm.
• Hat: an alternative to the beanie when a classic knitted hat isn't what you're after.

For two- to nine-year-olds, there are also dedicated sections for girls' accessories and boys' accessories in sizes 92–134.

What makes a good beanie or scarf?

A good beanie or scarf is soft, stretchy and easy to care for. Acrylic is pleasantly soft to the touch and needs little looking after. The ribbed knit has some give, so the beanie stays put without pinching. When choosing a scarf, check the length: one that isn't too long won't get in the way when children are playing and running around.

How do I match a scarf and beanie?
